At Ridgeview Animal Clinic of Lebanon, we treat each pet that comes through our doors as if it were our own.
We opened our doors in September 2018, but our team at Ridgeview Animal Clinic has worked together for over 8 years. Collectively, we have over 50 years experience in the animal medical field.
As pet owners ourselves, we believe preventative care with wellness exams, vaccines, parasite screenings, heartworm test and lab tests are the keys to your pet living a longer, healthier and happier life. As a full-service vet clinic, we offer the following:

Policies
Missed Appointments/No-Show Policy: When you schedule an appointment with Ridgeview Animal Clinic we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. We understand appointments are needed to be cancelled/rescheduled. To be respectful of the medical needs of all patients, please be courteous and call the office promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment for ANY reason. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of treatment. This is how we can best serve the needs of all our patients.
A “no-show” is a client who misses an appointment without providing 24 hours’ notice of cancellation/reschedule. The first time this occurs, client(s) will be notified about the missed appointment. For the second missed appointment, you will be charged the appropriate missed appointment fee and will be requested to make a deposit for future appointments. This amount will be forfeited should you not keep your appointment. After excessive missed appointments, clients/patients may be discharged from the practice.
Fees are as followed: -No-Show Missed exams: $35 -Deposit required: $50 -No-Show Surgical appointments: $50 -Deposit required: $100
